Are there any cell phone boosters or network extenders that work without a GPS signal?

I work in a concrete office with thick walls and no windows. I tried the Verizon Network Extender, but no matter what I tried I couldn’t get a GPS signal to save my life!!! Are there any cell phone boosters or network extenders compatible with Verizon that work completely off of broadband & do not require a GPS signal??? Thanks!!!

    Probably not, they need the GPS signal to keep their clocks exact, other broadcast signals don’t come close to the level of accuracy a GPS clock can achieve.
    Without very accurate clocks network expanders can easily turn into network jammers. A
