Are there any GPS Navigation programs for cell phones that do not use a data connection?

I just got a cell phone with GPS capabilities but I do not have a data plan, and do not want to pay the fee for data. Are there any programs I can download that will make my phone function like a normal GPS device, Garmin, TomTom, etc?

    No, not for a cell phone. Depending on what device you get, most GPS systems don’t charge monthly or data fees other than to download maps. G’DogMoney
