Can i buy a system that has Gps, Cd player and Dvd player?

They have players that have all of those features. Crutchfield is a good place to buy stuff like that since they typically sell you or provide you with everything you need to install it too. I would say pretty much every car audio manufacturer makes a cd/dvd/navi system. As far as pop up the alpine systems have reliable pop up screens and i believe they are all touch screens now. most pop up screen are 7″ widescreen i believe nowadays.
With something like that look to spend close to $1000 if not more. Max
