Is there a gps navigator that tells me what New York streets to avoid?
There are many streets in NY I wouldn’t like to drive through. But I won’t know how dangerous they are until I’m in them. It would be nice if there was a GPS Navigator that marks every street that someone was killed in the last 10 years as dangerous.
You are right. I can do just fine without Newark and Jersey City. I can avoid the those two cities completely.
But NY is different. There is one street that is very nice and safe, but the alley and the back street can be very very different.
Does anyone know where the information from the GPS of new york city taxi’s is sent?
The new york city taxi law says that all yellow cabs must have a GPS installed in the cab, what I want to know is that where the information from the fares and such goes to, for example the IRS, or TLC?
Does anyone in NYC rent GPS devices I can walk around with?
As a tourist I don’t know where to go, how to get there, etc. Does anyplace rent walkaround GPS’s with pre programmed sites of interest? If not, why not?
