Garmin is a best gps system, Garmin has a simple controls - simply touch the color screen to enter a destination, has a turn-by-turn voice directions, 2-D or 3-D maps and more feature.

I would suggestion these good quality and popular Garmin GPS :

Garmin Nuvi 255W : same as 205W but has text-to-speech (you get turn by turn spoken directions with the real names of streets (e.g. "turn left in 50 feet at Nebraska Way", rather than merely "turn left in 50 feet")), 4.3-Inch diagonal touch screen color display, where am I function, etc.

Garmin Nuvi 265WT : has text-to-speech, 4.3-inch diagonal color touchscreen, bluetooth, preloaded Maps with Navteq data of North America + Hawaii + Puerto Rico, free real-time traffic updates from Navteq (for the life of the device), etc. Robert M

If your car has a double-din head unit you can get an aftermarket unit like one by Pioneer and Kenwood. They include all the item you mentioned and will work when connected to a backup camera. They even have ipod cable so you can control your ipod through the touchscreen radio. I have one in my wife's Lexus and my Toyota truck. If it has a single din you will have to get one with a flipout screen. Good luck. Jay601

Try this website: It may be one solution. There are handheld Nav systems which can be used outside the vehicle or in multiple vehicles but probably would not include rearview systems. In fact, I could not find any backup cams that would work without an OEM Nav installed. There are many fine GPS/Nav systems available with lots of options. With the OEM installed you are esentially limited to what features are provided at delivery. Having Lexus install after market wouldn't be worth it. Check out also: Garmin, TomTom and others. Buy an iPhone!

Good luck john carlo

The global coverage for each system is generally achieved by a constellation of 20–30 Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) satellites spread between several orbital planes. The actual systems vary, but use orbit inclinations of >50° and orbital periods of roughly twelve hours (height 20,000 km / 12,500 miles). Hadilf Otler

He's allowed to look, there's no doubt about that.

But, I think that the changing of your time sheet based on what the GPS says is a pretty grey area. Big question is why would he change your timesheet and does he have a good reason?

Have a look at this article on Asset and Employee Management with a GPS Device: BeingGreenOnline
