GPS Problem: TOMTOM Issue?

Ok, I was downloading updates for my GPS and I had to disconnect my GPS, but I safely disconnected it. And no matter where I turn on my GPS it keeps telling me there are no maps available. This thing is only two days old!Please help!

   Have you tried plugging it back into to your computer, it might not have finished updating, and it probably deleted the maps during the update process! Aaron
