How are GPS signals from satellites amplified?
What is the process from a physics perspective?
Is it amplified using a complex form of a concave mirror??

  1. JohnAdriaan says:

All GPS satellites send their signals at a standard level, so by the time they are picked up by your GPS receiver, they need to be amplified.
The first amplification is done in the antenna, by the shape and design of the antenna.
The second amplification is done to the received signal, using electronics. JohnAdriaan

when the signal reaches the gps, transistors in the gps amplify the signal so dat it can be used by the gps to show u information. Mesak
