    If you mean Latitude and Longitude then you can use Google Earth.

    Enter your postcode into the search box and when it has zoomed in on your road move the mouse over your house, the co-ordinates will be displayed at the bottom of the screen

    Use an O.S. map along the corridor and up the stairs providing you know were your house is on the map.(Eastings then Northings)
