How can I setup free GPS and Youtube on my Blackberry 8820?

Just bought a Blackberry 8820 and realized that you have to pay for GPS and Youtube with data plan or something. It is just not right when those features should be free, which they make it seems like it on the commercial. Please help if you know how.
