How do I connect a Magellan GPS 315 to the computer?

I am looking for a driver download for the Magellan GPS 315. I already have the serial to usb adapter, but I cannot get the computer to talk to it. Anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks.
Thank you for the suggestion. I actually just looked on the Magellan site and the 315 is not on there.
Thank you for the link. Unfortunately, since the serial to usb adapter is seen as a device, it is the scan just sees it and not the GPS

    If your serial to usb adapter is working, you should be able to see the connection using Windows Explorer. Click on the connection and it should bring up your GPS. Mike P
