Just enter them without the X between them, as in:
30°13’13.72” 84°10’28.29”
Note that positive numbers for coordinates mean north latitude and east longitude–so the numbers above would be in China. The coordinates below point to Florida:
30°13’13.72” N 84°10’28.29” W
or
30°13’13.72” -84°10’28.29” TBD
