How do I get my GPS to realize that I’m not in Germany anymore?

I have one of those handheld Garmin deals. I took it to Germany with me and it took a little while to realize I wasn’t in the states, but now that I’m back it’s still looking for all of the old satellites. It will find one, maybe two satellites total.

    Common problem – easily solved.

    Go to the set up menu.. (find or download the manual if you have problems).

    There you have to set it to the region where you are at. It will start working again.

    Had the same problem on a trip to Bangalore India.
