how do I pick a exact adress on a tomtom gps?

I have a tomtom 125 se gps . When I go to navigate to it tells me to pick the address but when I put the address in it makes me pick a option instead of the exact address. Why wont it let me pick the exact adress?

Because it doesn’t recognize the exact address, so it’s offering you other options. Choose the option that’s closest to where you want to end up. CD2007
