Get a memory card reader\writer, and stick the SD card into the reader.

    USB 2.0 Compact Multi-card Reader
    Price: $8.99

Card formats directly supported: Secure Digital (SD), miniSD, microSD, MultiMediaCard (MMC), RS-MMC, Memory Stick (MS), Memory Stick PRO, Memory Stick Duo, Memory Stick PRO Duo

You need to be sure the data is compatible with all devices. You will need software, that can support the card’s data. Your GPS should have included the proper software.
