Just bought a used 2001 Lexus SUV in Mint condition. The GPS Navigation system works but needs to be updated or brought up to date. How much should it cost to do this and is it something that needs to be done every year? Thank you for your help.

I just received a postcard from Lexus that says the new update has an MSRP of $265 plus labor.

I drive a 2004 and this is the first update they’ve “prompted” me to buy.

i dont no how much it will be but i dont no what all this talk of “labor” if its anything like toyota which it should be because toyota makes lexus then all it is is you press a button to flip down the GPS screen and you pop-in the new dvd
