most navigation system have keen maps to do this. for instance, my navigation system from newelectronx will map me around or through many different things such as:
unpaved
highways
ferries
cross-border planning
permit needed
toll roads
charge roads
carpool
etc
it include the most detailed 2010 maps and is very accurate and fast
So, i would check out your navman or an alternative gps system to help you in your duty. if you have a garmin or tom tom then just pay about $100 to get the new maps and this might solve your problem. the device i have has free map updates so anytime i need a new map then i can get them for free. but check with your alternative sources, i am sure there is something you can do to solve this. good luck. May
