They include all the item you mentioned and will work when connected to a backup camera. They even have ipod cable so you can control your ipod through the touchscreen radio. I have one in my wife's Lexus and my Toyota truck. If it has a single din you will have to get one with a flipout screen. In fact, I could not find any backup cams that would work without an OEM Nav installed. There are many fine GPS/Nav systems available with lots of options. With the OEM installed you are esentially limited to what features are provided at delivery. Having Lexus install after market wouldn't be worth it. Check out also: Garmin, TomTom and others.
