    unless your goverment officals, police, investigators etc. then i pritty sure no. i cant say for definate but i read somewhere its against the law

    If by owner you mean the actual Owner rather than the driver, then I would think it is illegal, although I am not 100% sure, nor could I find anything on a legal database…..how would they get one on there….there are occasions when companies can put them on their own vehicles, or on hire vehicles, but not on private vehicles as far as I know.

    Warning: Tracking a person without his/her knowledge could be illegal or subject you to a possible lawsuit, even if you own the vehicle. Tracking another person’s vehicle is almost always illegal without a warrant. Get legal advice for adherence to local laws and customs
