The TomTom ONE series benefits from receiving map corrections from other users so its accuracy continues to increase over time. The one thing I don't like about the TomTom product line is that they're constantly refining the device, adding bugs to the software as fast as they fix them. That said, I still think it's the best brand of GPS devices out there. It’s an inexpensive device, but it’s a good little device, and at $98 it’s a steal (retail $175).
