		<description>yes it is regulated due to safety and is a law. in the state of Virginia you are not allowed to have anything on the windshield that will impair your view. this is apart of your cars state inspection every year. yes you can get pulled over for it as well. you will get a fine and might have to show up in court. again this is a safety issue. nothing is allowed on the windshield or dash that extends above three inches from the bottom of the windshield. try to mount your GPS below the dash next to the radio, just as long as it is out of your view of the windshield. good luck. if you have any other questions call the state police safety division or go to</description>
