I need to develop a custom solution based on geographical positions (GPS) and the only language I know is Java and Android. I am looking for any GPS device based on android with possibility to install new software into it.

    The Fujitsu company showed a demo of a knew GPS system running with the android operating system. Here is an article on it: cmaraman
