Should the use of gadgets (cellphones, handheld GPS, etc) while driving be banned in Canada? However, drivers would be allowed to use cellphones with earpieces or Bluetooeth devices, etc.

What arguments could be raised on both sides of this issue?

    ……….. should be banned everywhere……….. people cannot hold a phone to their ear and drive at the same time……. hey think they can but they cant………. only annoys other drivers………..if you need to take a call pull over……… or call back………..idiots
