How do GPS systems work for sports training?
I know big football and rugby teams use GPS systems to help training. I know of GPS as pointing out where you are, so it can give you your speed and distance. How does GPS help in telling the heart rate and so on?
What is the best all round GPS training watch for cycling and running?
I have looked at the Garmin Forerunner and the Garmin Edge. Is there a brand that is better? Is there a unit that works best fpr BOTH running and cycling?
