What are some challenges we face with the GPS technology?

Do you know any other challenges we face with advanced GPS technology? And how they could be overcome?

That it’s accuracy will be relied on to the point of complacency.
Humans are involved in building the technology, writing the software, using the devices, interpreting the data, etc. That can not be overcome.
I think the biggest disadvantage with GPS is that people will lose the ability to read maps. Even though they may successfully arrive at their destination, they still won’t know where they are.
