GPS data can be had from cell phones with GPS capability. GPS/cell phone combinations can be planted in vehicles. That one’s not legal most places. To do it illegally, you just do it.

Go to spy stores and find merchandise.
Remember the devices usually require a license to operate as an operative.
It is illegal because of the FCC and the right to privacy.

GPS tracking devices can be use for many purposes including keeping track of your kids and animals.
Most tracking systems are used to keep track of deliveries and used as a vehicle theft deterrent device.
You can rent a GPS tracking device to test to see if it is to your liking from GPS4Rent or you can buy one directly from Auto Nav 2000 Plus, Inc at
If you guy a tracking system that tracks real time, there will be a monthly service charge for the service.
The cell phone system with GPS enable requires law enforcement action for someone to use it as a tracking device. Some new phone service have buddy features such as Loopt that requires the person you wish to track to show their location.

    Good Luck
