I have seen Anywhere Maps, it’s OK but seems to crash for the friend who has it.

I like the AvMap EKP-IV Portable GPS & MAP

I would also recommend the Garmin line of GPS. They are the most simple and reliable.

Garmin does make a combo PDA/GPS for both, air and ground, the iq3600. I don’t know how good it is.It sells for about $1100. The streets part may be an optional set of CD’s you may have to buy for it.
I use a Garmin 496 which is a very complete portable GPS for both aircraft and ground use and comes with the streets program already loaded aboard. Great GPS. It has the usual GPS map page for air, terrain awareness, backup instrument page, weather, and AOPA airport info and diagrams all loaded in. Not cheap but worth it. Now selling for about $2500.
