Just about every phone that you buy now has GPS so its easy pick one , Or research the many and go get it I have Sprint it has GPS, hope this helps

Almost every phone has the GPS “locator.” That means they can locate the phone in case of an emergency. To get GPS service, you have to buy a third party’s service. You can buy it through your cell provider, Sprint, etc. To see if Telenav can be added to your phone, check out their web site. It is. I have Telenav on my Moto Q and am very pleased with it.
