Where can I buy a GPS or similar locating system for my cat’s collar?

I did do a Google search before posting, but it was the sheer number of options that made me post here.
I was wondering if anyone had any personal experience and could give a more reliable recommendation than a manufacturers description.
actually, it’s hard to find them for cats.
so just buy a dog one.
